ADI Standards Check Preparation

Are you ready for the new standards check?

From 7th April 2014 all ADI’s will be assessed on the new grading structure of:

A - 85% or over - overall high standard of instruction

B - 60% or over - sufficient level of competence

F - less than 60% an unsatisfactory performance

As an ORDIT registered trainer since 2004 I can help you develop your coaching technique in line with the new standards check to strive to achieve the coveted A grade.

Continuous Professional Development

As a Vocational Skills Assessor, I can assist your development and acquirement of additional qualifications to help develop your driving instructor business. Qualifications in Adult Literacy and Numeracy, Coaching, Assessor and Fleet training are available and often at no cost to ADI’s through government funding opportunities.

PDI – development

Potential Driving Instructors are coached through their qualifying exams through bespoke lessons using a mixture of realistic role play and coaching in line with the National Standard of Driver Training. Contacts with local driving schools can assist PDI’s with providing Learner pupils to increase experience necessary for the part 3 exam.
