Before I found Freeway, I'd tried a number of other, well known driving schools.
None of them provided much support, and as such I lost all confidence in my
ability to drive. Now at Freeway, I'm feeling much more positive about my
driving future! As well as genuinely caring about their pupils, the close knit,
'family' feel to the school has meant that I have had the opportunity to drive
with 3 different instructors, giving me good practice for my driving test and
the tools to become a confident and competent driver!

I’ve just had my driving lesson in the SNOW! I thought it would be cancelled because of the bad weather and was horrified
when Jan said it would still be on. I was terrified of crashing. But now I’ve done it I’m so relieved because now I’ll know what to do if I do have to drive in the snow. And I’m sure I’ll have to one day!

My instructor was called sue who was very helpful kind and patient with me as I
was a very nervous driver and had no confidence on the road at all but once I
had a few lessons my confidence just grew and I started to enjoy learning to
drive I finally passed on my 3rd attempt I thought I was never going to get
there but sue kept me going and told me I can do this and I cannot thank her
enough. Now all I have to do is save for a car and for all those learner
drivers I would definitely use freeway driving school they're the best!

My instructor is Zahid. From the very beginning he told me that everybody has
their own pace of learning and I shouldn't compare myself to others. So that is
my motto and I'm learning for life not just to pass the test. Zahid is very
patient and has great sense of humour which helps me a lot during the lessons.
I enjoy every lesson and am happy with every little thing I learn!

I do want to say a big thank you for your help, especially during a time where
you must’ve been knackered going to and from the hospital. I’m a big fan of the way you taught me; the zero bulls**t approach was something
that I was looking for and you obviously realised that it would suit me. I
thought it was also spot on how you spoke to me in the waiting rooms of test
centres on non-driving related stuff – whether deliberate or not (I’m sure it was), it helped calm my nerves and is something that I didn’t see other instructors do at Ashford.

Just want to say a big thank you to Cheryl for helping me through my theory and
driving test. I passed my theory and practical test first time with only 3
minors on my practical ( not bad for a 53 yr old granny ). I would definitely
recommend freeway to anyone ,I know I couldn't have done it without them. Once
again I would like to say a big thank you to Cheryl she is a great instructor.
I can't believe I actually miss my driving lessons.
